In life there should be an absolute point where we encounter with God to enjoy Him fully. Wet or dry, high or low, fullness or emptiness, nothing should affect the lively connection we are supposed to maintain everyday. No situation has the strength to block experiencing God. Habakkuk made a groundbreaking statement: "Though the fig tree does not bud...and the fields produce no food...though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior" (Hab 3:17-18). For him the delight in fellowship with God isn't only irreplaceable, but also impenetrable. If no accumulation increases the joy, no loss can decrease it.
