Rejoice always, pray continually....

We are told constantly to either pray or rejoice or praise. These are (or should be) painless routines in our lives. The truth is otherwise on most occasions. Circumstances surrounding us may intensify or minify each of these spiritual remedies. With a spirit of determination in place, their (the circumstances') impact can however be regulated. When we are determined to pray, focused to rejoice & grateful to thank, everything else will normalize. Doing one could be easier than the other. But the call is to enact them altogether: "Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus" (1Th 5:16-18). NA, in Christ.
